Candle Makers on the Square has been a part of downtown Bowling Green since 2004. As always you will find hand-poured candles in a huge selection of fragrances. These candles are all poured on site with every effort to offer our customers the most fragrant and cleanest burning candles possible. We use a soy blend wax and cotton wicks (100% soy upon request). We are so much more than a candle store and are thrilled to be the place that offers all the best Bowling Green has to offer. Our wide variety of talented local vendors make shopping at our store a unique experience.

Thank you for visiting Candle Makers on the Square. My name is Rachel Summar. I been here since February 2020 and was a customer here for more than twelve years prior. I have also worked as a photographer at Summartime Photography for over 27 years and continue to photograph even now. I have been married to my husband Bart since 1992. He is an employee at Fruit of the Loom Corporate headquarters here in Bowling Green.
It is both an honor and privilege to lead and work beside an incredible hard-working team that loves Bowling Green and downtown as I do. Our passion is for not only making and selling great candles, but we LOVE working with many of the best local artists and vendors in the area to represent and sell their items at our locally-themed store.
